Support the most vulnerable victims of the war – children!

In times of disaster, whether it’s war or flooding, there’s one group that remains the most vulnerable: children. Unable to help themselves, they deserve every opportunity to overcome adversity and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. At V-Aid, we’re dedicated to ensuring that children receive the support they need to lead long and happy lives.

That’s why we’re thrilled to share some stunning news with you! Wendy Warrington, through her connection with Ewen and ReactAid, reached out to us for help with securing incubators for hospitals in need. Witnessing Wendy’s unwavering dedication and meticulous approach, we seized the opportunity to contribute to her noble cause.

Thanks to a collaborative effort involving the Bishops Waltham Rotary Club, support from the Hampshire Medical Fund and NHS Foundation Trust, and the diligent assistance of the team at Worldwide Express – UK Ltd, we were able to source five incubators for Wendy’s project. These life-saving devices will make a significant difference in the lives of countless infants in need of critical care.

But our commitment didn’t stop there. In addition to providing the incubators, we loaded them with essential medical supplies, baby clothes, and food before sending them off to Kyiv free of charge. Wendy’s dedicated team will now lead the way, promising to keep us updated on the impact of our collective efforts.

We extend a heartfelt thank you to Worldwide Express – UK Ltd and their diligent driver for their exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. Their contribution truly made a difference in ensuring the safe transport of these vital supplies.

As an ITV crew prepares to capture Wendy’s remarkable work and share her story with the world, we’re reminded of the power of collaboration and compassion. Together, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of vulnerable children, empowering them to overcome adversity and thrive.
